Season Zero: Spring to Summer
Update 49 releases on March 9th on all platforms (PC and Console) at the same time, Gold Coast Bazaar is added to the game on March 25. Season Zero: Dawn and Dusk will officially kick off on April 2 bringing the First Tamriel Tome with it.

- PVP Progression System: A complete modernization of how players advance and earn rewards within Alliance War and Battlegrounds.
- New Overland Difficulty: Challenge Difficulty: A highly requested feature allowing players to increase the difficulty of world content for a more dangerous experience.
- Player Experience Improvements: Account-wide outfit slots. Free skill and attribute respecs directly within the UI. Back bar XP gains and more!
- Base Game Additions: Orsinium, Thieves Guild, Dark Brotherhood and Imperial City are now permanently included with the base game for all players.
Season One: Summer to Autumn
Season one brings the following content:

- Group Event Zone: The Night Market Returns Night Market Page
- Solo Dungeons: The introduction of "Story Mode" for Moon Hunter Keep and March of Sacrifices, allowing players to experience these narratives solo.
- Large-Scale World Events: Dynamic Storms in Skyrim: A new environmental threat system that transforms the landscape and gameplay in the Skyrim zones.
- Base Game Addition: The Greymoor Chapter is officially added to the base game, opening up Western Skyrim and the Antiquities system to all players.
A New Content Philosophy
The transition to seasons is described by the developers as a move from a rigid, 18-month "formula" to a living plan that can be adjusted in real-time based on what players actually want to experience in Tamriel. All seasonal content released is free, with only the Tamriel Tomes premium tiers requiring a purchase.
