Pretty easy to setup and use arcanist. Absolute top tier in terms of dmg, speed and survivability. For higher survivabilty; Orzorga's Tripe Trifle Pocket can be swapped in to get to 25k hp.
By combining this build with my healer and tank and assuming healer and tank does a decent job buffing. This arcanist will hit crit and pen cap, have 13k extra armor. 10% more hp, 20% more hp in form of a dmg shield every 5 sec as well as broad, long range heals easily applied to them, 10% less dmg taken from aoe 1000 extra weapon/spell power, deal 10% more dmg to enemies due to major vulnerability, and 10% and 15% extra damage done to enemies when tank and healer cast their ultimates. Enemies will also only deal about 66% of their intended dmg even before mitigation due to debuffs.
Build is meant to use beam as much as possible, everything else is just setup to make the beam stronger. Ulti backbar is main ultimate. Alternatively frontbar ulti can be used before beam since it buffs it by 20%. All healing comes from dealing dmg with cephiarch flail and fatecarver through reaving blows cp. In a pinch, tripot potion can save you. Barrier can be slotted in for backbar ulti if group needs more survivability.
