What is Changing in Tales of Tribute in ESO's Lost Depths Update?

Tales of Tribute is the PvP and PvE card game that was added to the Elder Scrolls Online in the recent High Isle expansion. In the PTS Patch Notes for Lost Depths, some fixes and changes that are planned for Tales of Tribute have been revealed. 
Tales of Tribute Updates in Lost Depths
The following updates, balance changes and improvements have been made to Tales of Tribute for the Lost Depths patch:- Improvements to the AI, when playing Tales of Tribute against NPCs.
- Duke of Crows balance changes
- Scratch gold cost increased from 3 to 4.
- Grandmaster Hlaalu balance changes
- Psijic Loremaster Celarus balance changes
- Reduced the replace cost from Ceporah's Insight to 1 from 2, and increased the toss to 4 from 3.
- Reduced the replace from Psijic's Insight to 1 from 2, and increased its toss to 4 from 3.
- Reduced the replace from Prescience to 1 from 2, and increased its gold generation to 3 from 2.
- Removed the replace from Time Mastery and increased its toss to 4 from 2.
- Rahjin the Purring Liar balance changes
- Increased the gold generation from Prowling Shadow to 2 from 1 and reduced the gold cost to 4 from 5.
- Prowling Shadow no longer has a taunt.
- Jeering Shadow now generates gold as a base effect and no longer has a taunt.
- Reduced the gold cost of Jeering Shadow to 4 from 5.
- Increased the gold cost of Jarring Lullaby to 7 from 6, and increased the gold generation to 2 from 1.
- Shadow's Slumber now generates gold as a base effect.
- Red Eagle balance changes
- Reduced the combo 2 power generation from Midnight Raid to 2 from 3.
- Imperial Spoils now generates 1 gold on combo 2.
- Increased the gold generation from Imperial Plunder to 2 from 1.
- Saint Pelin balance changes
- Increased the gold cost of The Armory to 6 gold from 5.
- Increased the gold cost of Rally to 8 from 7.
- Reduced the gold generation from Siege Weapon Volley's combo 2 to 1 from 2.
- The Reinforcements card can now be upgraded to Legion's Arrival by acquiring and following a clue.
There have also been some changes to how the rewards will work in Tales of Tribute. The gold found in reward bags has been doubled, however the chance of receiving Alchemy materials, furnishing patterns and cooking recipes has been reduced.
Winning multiple matches in Tales of Tribute daily quests will now grant a higher tier reward bag, rather than multiple low quality ones.
Lastly, you will now get Season Rank Trophy Furnishings from the Orichalcum, Ebony, Quicksilver and Voidsteel ranks.

Tales of Tribute bugfixes in Lost Depths
In addition to the above changes, there have also been a few bug fixes for Tales of Tribute in Lost Depths.Companion chatter will now be suppressed when you are playing Tales of Tribute. Some problems that caused players to get stuck in the Activity Finder or unexpectedly forfeit the match have been fixed. Some achievements like Tales of Tribute Master as well as the quest, Cards Across the Continent, have also had fixes applied. Various visual issues in Tales of Tribute have also been fixed.
