Elemental Explosion	Destruction Staff	Sets enemies Off Balance for 7 seconds.
Shield Throw	One Hand and Shield	Sets the enemy Off Balance for 7 seconds.
Trample	Assault	Sets enemies Off Balance for 7 seconds.
Traveling Knife	Dual Wield	Sets enemies Off Balance for 7 seconds.
Vault	Bow	Sets enemies Off Balance for 7 seconds.
