Starting in March, we will get not only two new dungeons and the start of the story about Ithelia in ESO, but also 12 new armor sets in the game. The new DLC Scions of Ithelia will be released with Update 41 on March 11 for PC and on March 26 for consoles. Ithelia will be the first complete new Daedric Prince to be introduced in the history of ESO.
So far we only knew 17 Daedric Princes. Her ability to manipulate fate makes her very dangerous and that’s why Hermaeus Mora erased almost all memories of her to make her disappear. Now she returns and we will learn the whole story about Ithelia and the new area West Weald in the new chapter Gold Road, which will be released in June.
However, we will not only enjoy two new dungeons, Bedlam Veil and Oathsworn Pit, through the new DLC Scions of Ithelia. With both dungeons we also get eight new armor sets, each with three sets with a 5-piece set bonus and a monster set.
Oathsworn Pit
- Light Armor - Blind Path Induction
- Medium Armor - Tarnished Nightmare
- Heavy Armor - Reflected Fury
- Monster Set - The Blind
Bedlam Veil
- Light Armor - Cinders of Anthelmir
- Medium Armor - Sluthrug's Hunger
- Heavy Armor - Black-Glove Grounding
- Monster Set - Anthelmir's Construct
In addition to these eight new sets, there are also three new sets that you can get through Rewards for the Worthy in PVP. You obtain the Rewards Container for this every time you earn 20,000 Alliance Points. You can earn them both in Cyrodiil and in the Battleground. Finally, you will then find them in your in-game mailbox.
New Rewards for the Worthy
- Light Armor - Oakfather's Retribution
- Medium Armor - Blunted Blades
- Heavy Armor - Baan Dar's Blessing
Besides these three new sets in PVP, there will also be a new Mythic Item, the Torc of the Last Ayleid King. So far, it is known that there are five traces that can be obtained. It seems that all five parts have to be excavated in Apocrypha. The ring will come as an antiquity in the base game with update 41 and the new DLC should not be required for it. The mythic item disables all other item set bonuses and increases your damage done by 20%. Moreover, it reduces your damage taken by 20%, and increases your healing done by 20%.
All the specification of the respective sets can be viewed here on ESO-Hub and you can get an overview which new set might be interesting for your playstyle.
