Prerequisite quest

First you will have to talk to Kishi, a Deadwater Argonian that can be found in the Deadwater village in the north of Murkmire. Since you need the Fire Rock Tool in order to complete the Vine Tongue Traveler Achievement, this quest is an absolute must!

She will tell you to talk to Bhoki, which can be found in his house.

Since Bhoki can't be found at his house, you will have to find him inside the village. He will be sitting at a lake at the roots of the Hist tree.

In the meantime, Kishi got into trouble. Find and rescue her.

After that it's pretty easy to follow the quest until the end.

At the end of that quest you will be rewarded with a tool which you can equip on your quick access bar.

Without the prerequisite, you won't be able to do the Vine Tongue Traveler Achievement.
