The Clockwork City is the continuation of the story you started with on Vvardenfell… but did you ever leave Vvardenfell? If you love exploring Daedric pocket realms, then let yourself be guided to the Clockwork City and find out what happened to Lord Sotha Sil, when you guide Divayth Fyr to assist him in foiling an insidious Daedric plot. This will set the stage for Summerset, where the “Daedric Wars” story arc will continue.
You can find Eldrasea Deras either in the City Center in Mournhold, which will give you the quest, or next to the Wayshrine in the Clockwork City.
