May be need to put poison glyph on resto staff to restore stamina with combustion, cos you might have stam issues in some content.

Be careful with combat prayer. You need to stay pretty close to use your dots so be sure that your prayer hitting all your dds.

Also if zos won't change orb till its come to live i will use mythic orb instead of energy for extra dmg and regen. In this case probably make sense to use cinder storm instead of cautarize. But I won't. Im to lazy.

You can try to put engulfing frontbar instead of cautarize and but radiant regeneration for more hps, that will also work well i guess.
