The Concussion Status Effect: Instant damage. Applies Minor Vulnerability for 4 seconds, increasing their damage taken. Concussion can be applied by skills that deal shock damage, weapon enchants and sets.
Chilled Status can be applied by:

  • Shock Damage Skills
  • Enchantments
  • Sets (if mentioned in tooltip)
