In order to complete this Markarth's Master Burglar Achievement Guide for ESO you need access to The Reach zone, that means you will need to have The Reach DLC or ESO Plus.

This Markarth's Master Burglar achievement is awarded for finding and unlocking the Luxurious Safebox in Vindrel Hall.

You can find Vindrel Hall in the north-east part of Markarth, the city you can find in the west of The Reach. Its interior is a restricted area and if you are caught you will get a bounty.
You have to sneak through all the way past the inhabitants of the hall into the back and then into the left room, in order to find the Safebox on the left side. There's two inhabitants patrolling the area, so be careful not to be caught! In case you get caught or you want to hide, there's a basket in the main hall.

When you have found the Safebox, you will see that it's a Master lock. Unlock it and you will gain the Markarth's Master Burglar Achievement.
