How to Find the Delver's Druid Deck Fragment in ESO
The hint for the Delver's Druid Deck Fragment is "Found occasionally in Delves on Galen."
You can visit any delve in the Galen and Y'ffelon zone and kill monsters or bosses to acquire the Delver's Druid Deck Fragment for the Tales of Tribute card game in ESO. The locations are marked in the image below.
How to Find the Dreamer's Druid Deck Fragment in ESO
The hint for the Dreamer's Druid Deck Fragment is "Complete the quest "The Dream of Kasorayn" on Galen."
It might take you some time to get this fragment - you basically need to finish the main storyline in the Firesong DLC. You can start the questline by speaking to Dhulef next to the Vastyr Outskirts Wayshrine (location below) to get the quest "A Sea of Troubles". Then you simply need to follow the main quest until you complete the "The Dream of Kasorayn" quest.
How to Find the Geomancer's Druid Deck Fragment in ESO
The hint for the Geomancer's Druid Deck Fragment is "Found occasionally after sealing Volcanic Vents on Galen."
You will need to keep completing the Volcanic Vent World Events in the Galen and Y'ffelon zone until you find the Geomancer's Druid Deck Fragment. The locations of these Volcanic Vents are marked on the map below, however they will not all be active at the same time. The active ones will be marked differently on the map, similarly to active dolmens or dragons in Elsweyr.
How to Find the Slayer's Druid Deck Fragment in ESO
The hint for the Slayer's Druid Deck Fragment is "Found Occasionally after defeating World Bosses on Galen."
There are two World Boss locations in the Galen and Y'ffelon zone, and you will need to keep defeating one (or both) of these bosses until you find the Slayer's Druid Deck Fragment. You could simply wait at one for it to respawn, or you might find it quicker to alternate between the two.
How to Find the Soothing Druid Deck Fragment in ESO
The hint for the Soothing Druid Deck Fragment is "Complete "The Best of Friends" achievement on Galen."
To obtain the Soothing Druid Deck Fragment in ESO, you will need to complete The Best of Friends achievment, which you can do by finding and interacting with six friendly animals in the Galen and Y'ffelon zone. You need to pet the dog, pet the cat, pet the cow, pet the mount, dance with the dog and snuggle the cat. Doing all six of these will unlock the achievement and the deck fragment.
Pet the dog who guards the fighters: Just outside the Fighters Guild in Vastyr, very close to Sulks-While-Fenced. The dog is called Gulgore. .
Pet the cat who revels among pirates: Look for a cat called Stormy, found in a tent on the beach, in the camp north of Llanshara.
Pet the cow who sulks within the city: Near the Fighters Guild in Vastyr. The cow is called Sulks-While-Fenced.
Hug the horse who awaits its master: Inside the stables in Vastyr. The horse is on the left as you enter, named Dawn's Fancy.
Pet the dog who lives under the glimmering falls: Found in Glimmertarn. Look for a dog called Rufus
Snuggle the cat of the Oaken Forge: There is a cat called Melianthe at Oaken Forge, in central Galen.
After you have collected all five pieces of the Druid King Deck you will gain access to all of the cards in the deck. Now you can use the deck to do matches in the Tales of Tribute card game in ESO (Elder Scrolls Online).
