The ESO Housing Item that Lets You Set a Custom Time of Day

Housing enthusiasts in the Elder Scrolls Online will soon have a new feature to play around with. There is an item that will be obtainable later this year that will allow you to freeze the day/night cycle in your player home to one of several settings, such as morning, midday, sunset and midnight. 
Sacred Hourglass of Alkosh Housing Item in ESO
The Sacred Hourglass of Alkosh is the item in question.You will be able to purchase it with Event Tickets later in the year, with the first of the three fragments being available in the Witches Festival. All three fragments will most likely be available in the New Life Festival, the final event of the year. You will also need a Soulfire Dragon Illusion in your Collections, as the Hourglass is a morph of this item.
The Sacred Hourglass of Alkosh will be especially good for players who want to create a thematic atmosphere in their house, for example if you are trying to make a haunted house then will you will be able to set it to be always night time. If you want a sunset retreat then you can set it to be always dusk, etcetera.
The item will be a Collectible Furnishing which should mean that you are able to place it in as many homes as you want, even though you will technically only have one of them. It will also take up a Collectible item slot in your home, so if you are running low on space then it will not count towards your limit of normal furnishing items.
