Jewelry Quality Levels

Chapter 4 / 4

Welcome to the fourth part of the Quality Gear Levels Guide. In this part we are going to take a look at the jewelry quality upgrades that are available and what impact they have on the power of your character.

Jewelry Crafting supports necklaces and rings.

Jewelry Profession Fine (Green) Superior (Blue) Epic (Purple) Legendary (Gold)
Necklace & Ring Jewelry Crafting Terne Plating Iridium Plating Zircon Plating Chromium Plating

Power Difference

It is important to look at the traits that you are going to use on your jewelry. Some increase more than others when you upgrade the quality. For example, looking at the Arcane trait, going from Epic to Legendary gives you an extra boost of 30, which will make no difference whatsoever.

However, upgrading the Infused trait will boost you from 51% to 60% which is way of a bigger gap compared to the Arcane trait and more significant. That means, looking at the trait and by how much the stats increase is very important.

Trait Effects Normal Fine Superior Epic Legendary
Arcane Increases Max Magicka by: 767 797 827 847 877
Robust Increases Max Stamina by: 767 797 827 847 877
Healthy Increases Max Health by: 844 877 914 932 965
Protective Increases Physical and Spell Resistance by: 1053 1091 1128 1153 1190
Triune Increases Max Health, Stamina, & Magicka: 422, 384, 384 438, 399, 399 455, 414, 414 466, 424, 424 482, 439, 439
Infused Increases Enchantment Effectiveness by: 24% 33% 42% 51% 60%
Swift Increases Movement Speed by: 3% 4% 5% 6% 7%
Harmony Increases Synergy Effectiveness by: 12% 14% 16% 18% 20%
Bloodthirsty Increases Weapon and Spell Damage against enemies under 90% Health by up to: 70 140 210 280 350

Conclusion

It should always be your goal to get your jewelry to at least Epic quality. After that it will get way more expensive, because Chromium Plating is crazy expensive and rare. However, depending on what trait you are going to use, you should try to increase the quality to Legendary, especially when looking at Infused and Bloodthirsty.
