Grave Discoveries Achievement Guide
For the Grave Discoveries achievement, you need to find and study a series of grave markings in the Telvanni Peninsula.
The map below shows the locations of the seven required gravestones. Each one is represented on the map by a number, so it's easier to find the ones you are missing if you already have some of them:
- Sulvyns Golsathyn Gravestone
- Savienie Mavlyn Gravestone
- Elovul Alarndil Gravestone
- Favami Seravel Gravestone
- Triys Rehlo Gravestone
- Dayldela Gilrom Gravestone
- Aralos Sarvrothi Gravestone
Pulled from the Depths Achievement Guide
To complete the Pulled from the Depths achievement, you need to "catch" a Lurker while fishing in Apocrypha. This is a random encounter that can happen at any fishing spot in the zone. You might get lucky and find it in 5 minutes, or you might be unlucky and have to try for hours.
The Lurker will be hostile, and when you defeat it, you can loot it to find one of the rare fish required for the Necrom Master Angler achievement.
Tomes of Unknown Color Achievement Guide
For the Tomes of Unknown Color achievement, you need to locate and collect five spectral books throughout Apocrypha. The locations of the five books can be found below:
- On the crescent shaped island directly east of the Study of the Lost Cipher.
- Just north of the lake in Western Apocrypha, roughly halfway between Fallen Hues Edifice and Apogee of the Tormenting Eye.
- Across the lake, almost directly south of the previous location, and just to the west of Versicolor Carrels.
- In the northwest area of Apocrypha, follow the coastline south-west from Still Shallows Wayshrine.
- In the northern part of Apocrypha, you can find the last tome roughly west of Forlorn Palisades Wayshrine

Syzygy Achievement Guide
To complete the Syzygy achivement, you need to complete a total of five rites in Apocrypha with the Aberrant Hushed.
