One Bar Heavy Attack Sorc (oakensoul) - Sorcerer Construye PvE - ESO

For a rotation try to get 2 heavy attacks in between skills. 

Priority order:

1. Keep Critical Surge up as much as possible
2. Recast Daedric Prey when it expires
3. Recast Unstable Wall of Elements (alternately Mage's Wrath if you used that instead) as often as needed. You can recast Unstable Wall to proc the explosion before expiration too. Casting pet AOE damage is low priority.

There's not much of a difference in damage between the 2 different bar setups. Tested with various other combinations of skill and these 2 bars are about what you'll need to maximize damage and survivability. Some builds use Barbed Trap and Hurricane, but those both require being close to the target, which is not going to happen a lot of the time plus doing mechs. This provides you with not having to worry about positioning. Other builds out there use Exploiter CP instead of Deadly Aim but you'll actually lose about 20k damage doing that.

Instead of Storm Master's you can use Infallible Mage, there's really not a noticeable difference between the two, and Storm Master's is easier to get if you haven't stickered much of Infallible Mage.

The food selected will maximize your damage.

Expect between 80-90k damage with this setup, most of the time you'll sit around 80k on boss fights, 120k+ possible on trash pulls.
