Why Order's Wrath is a Great Set for Beginners in ESO

The Order's Wrath set is a fairly new set in the Elder Scrolls Online, being added to the game earlier this year in the High Isle chapter. Lately, the set has been generating quite a lot of interest from players.

While it's a little way behind the most powerful DPS sets, like Tzogvin's Warband for example, it's actually still a pretty strong set and is ideally suited for beginners, people who have been away from ESO for a long time or people who don't have much time to play the game.

Why is Order's Wrath a Good Set in ESO?

We will continue comparing this set with Tzogvin's Warband in this article, as the set serves basically the same purpose in a DPS build - it augments your critical chance and critical strike damage.

Most of the time in ESO, DPS players will want to have both high critical chance, and high critical damage (as close as possible to the cap of 125%) to get good results from their build. Tzogvin's Warband is often favored for this because it's great at both, giving players who use it a decent amount of critical chance, and the Minor Force buff to increase critical damage by 10%.

So how does Order's Wrath fit in with this? Well, the set is very easy to obtain for starters. You can craft it at the Steadfast Hammer and Saw in the High Isle and Amenos zone, as long as you have access to the High Isle chapter. You only need three traits researched on any given item slot in order to craft Order's Wrath for that piece.

So you can use Order's Wrath alongside a skill like Barbed Trap which grants Minor Force, and as long as you remember to use that skill then you will get a critical damage bonus of 18% very easily.

Eventually you will probably want to replace the set with Tzogvin's Warband, or something else, but if you're looking for something that's easy to obtain and fairly powerful just to get started with, then this is the ideal set for you.
