October 2024 brings ESO Players more free witchy rewards during the "Dress to Impress (Your Coven) 10-year Anniversary Spotlight! ESO gives away a previously crown exclusive Grisly Mummy Wrap costume and a Witchmother's Servant Arms Pack as well as adding spooky furnishing into the Daily Login Rewards. Below you can read how you can claim these rewards.
In addition to these Witchy rewards the Witches Festival starts on October 24 and continues until November 6.

How to acquire the Witchmother’s Servant Arms Pack in ESO
Witchmother's Servant Arms Pack requires you to complete (or have completed) the Fully Styled achievement. The achievement just requires you to apply a style to all eight slots through the Outfit system. You don't need to dye the items, just adding a style and saving the outfit is enough.
The Witchmother’s Servant Arms Pack can be claimed from the Crown Store between October 3 and November 6.

How to use the outfit station in ESO
- Go to any outfit or dye station in any zone or player home
- On the left side of the screen, choose "Outfit 1" from the drop down menu
- Style your outfit by clicking on available styles on the right.
- Remember to equip a weapon to be able to style it as well!
- Press "Apply Changes" on the bottom part of the screen
- Enjoy your new style!
How to acquire the Grisly Mummy Wrap Costume in ESO
Grisly Mummy Wrap Costume requires you to complete the "What a Hoot!" achievement before you can claim it. You will need to wait until the Witches Festival event starts on October 26 to start gathering the Horned Owl Feathers to get the achievement and the Senchal Horned Owl pet. The feathers drop from Dremora Plunder Skulls or can be bought from the Impresario for 2 tickets each. Witches Festival Guide.
Once you have gathered and used 10 Horned Owl Feathers, you will be granted the "What a Hoot!" achievement and you will be able to claim the Grisly Mummy Wrap costume from the Crown Store.
The Grisly Mummy Wrap costume can be claimed from the Crown Store between October 24 to November 6.
