Annoyed ESO Players found an easier way to farm the Sclerotic tentacle Lead for the Mora's Whispers Mythic
By Andrew | 14 Jun 2022 |In the High Isle Chapter, several new Mythic Items were added to the game. Today we will be talking about one of these, the Mora's Whispers mythic.
Many players have been getting quite frustrated when trying to obtain the Sclerotic Tentacle lead due to its very limited drop location and low drop rate.
The lead only drops from Watchlings in the Atoll of Immolation, a public dungeon which is accessed via portals in Blackwood and Deadlands. The drop rate seems to be extremely low, with some players apparently having to kill around 2,000 watchlings before the lead would drop for them, something which is extremely irritating as they only spawn in a couple of spots and you generally only get a few at a time.
Luckily though there is a trick to make the process a bit easier.
How to Easily Farm the Sclerotic Tentacle Lead for Mora's Whispers
You can speed up the process of farming the lead by heading to the area of the Atoll of Immolation shown on the map below. In the final "room" just before the last boss, there is a lava pool on the left which will spawn watchlings, atronachs and fire behemoths. You can go here and kill the Watchlings and atronachs, then run away from the Fire Behemoth so that the encounter resets. This will be a lot faster than killing all of these enemies and then waiting for them to respawn. It can still take a while if you are unlucky but this will reduce the time it takes by quite a bit. Hopefully Zenimax will increase the drop rate as it seems to be taking way too long to obtain it for a lot of players.
