To unlock the Azandar companion in ESO you will have to complete his quest. Visit the Apocrypha zone, and make your way into the middle of the zone, he can be found around the outskirts of Cipher’s Midden village.
In the image below you can see where to find the Azandar Al-Cybiades companion in the ESO Necrom Chapter. Walk over the bridge from the small village and you will see him directly. Next you will have to do his quest before you actually get to unlock the companion. The quest takes around 20 minutes, it is called “The Fateweaver Key“. Make sure to set the quest to active.
Now all you have to do is follow his quest. The quest takes around 20 minutes to complete. Afterward, you can activate Azandar as your companion and start leveling him up.
Azandar is one of the two unlockable companions in the ESO Necrom Chapter. The second companion is called Sharp-As-Night.
