In the North of High Isle, inside an Ancient Cleaning Tools box next to a tree. East of Garick's Rest, not far from the road.

On High Isle, in a bay north of Stonelore Falls (striking locale, eye symbol on the map). The lead is in an old Breton teapot next to a boulder in the bay.

On Amenos, north of Amenos Station, south of where the tunnel to the Hidden Foundry is. You will see built stone "storage compartments", the lead is on a bowl in the third compartment from the left in the lowest row.

North-West of Tor Draoich. From the volcanic vent north of Tor Draoich, walk up the hill towards the west. The elad is on a knife, next to a tree.

All-Flags-Islet, High Isle: Go to the North-East of the islet. The Lead is on a little stone behind a rock at the beach, between two parts of a shipwreck.

Directly at the Dufort Shipyard Wayshrine there is a small druidic settlement. South of the cottages is a small lava-lake. The lead is on the small blazing stones right of the stairs there, behind a rock.

The Druidic Provisioning Station is a Housing item available to players who own the ESO High Isle Expansion. It can be interacted with in order to create food and beverages using the Provisioning skill line. It has a distinctly different and thematic appearance compared to normal Provisioning Stations, but it will also take a bit of work to find all of the components needed to create it.
In order to obtain the Druidic Provisioning Station, you will need to obtain ten different leads, which are found in various locations around High Isle and Amenos.
You will need access to the Greymoor DLC to use the leads, either by buying the DLC from the Crown Store or by having an active ESO Plus Subscription. You need the Scrying and Excavation skill lines to be at least rank 7 to allow you to scry and excavate master level leads.
