The new Mythic item set called Stormweaver's Cavort fundamentally changes how you can play your character in combat. Most mechanics that normally use stamina now use magicka.
The Stormweaver's Cavort Mythic item launches with the Firesong DLC in ESO (Elder Scrolls Online). The mythic is a light armor pants item piece.

What does the Stormweaver's Cavort Mythic do?
The tooltip of the Stormweaver's Cavort says the following: Adds 300 Magicka Recovery, Sprint, Roll Dodge, Bash, Break Free, Sneak, and Block now consume Magicka instead of Stamina. You reduce your Magicka Recovery to 0 while Blocking, Sneaking, or Sprinting. You no longer reduce your Stamina Recovery to 0 while Blocking, Sneaking or Sprinting.

How to get the Stormweaver's Cavort Myhitc Item?
To obtain the Stormweaver's Cavort Mythic item you will need to collect five different leads in ESO (Elder Scrolls Online):
After you have acquired all the leads for the mythic item it will "craft" itself and you will find it in your inventory.
How good is the Stormweaver's Cavort Mythic item in ESO?
The Stormweaver's Cavort Mythic might be great for hybrid builds as it swaps most of the stamina based mechanics (Sprint, Roll Dodge, Bash, Break Free, Sneak, Block) to magicka while also adding 300 magicka recovery on top of that.
Previously you only had a chance to swap your block from stamina to magicka with a Frost Staff and the Tri Focus passive (While an Ice Staff is equipped, blocking costs Magicka instead of Stamina) from the Destruction Staff skill-line.
Now with this new Mythic in ESO you gain plenty of additional options to play around with. Now you could use One Hand and Shield, Bow, Dual Wield, Restoration Staff or the Two Handed skill line too.
Of course this doesn't always make sense for certain Weapon skill lines, but at least you have the option and might come up with a great niche build. Also don't forget that the Frost Staff only changed blocking from stamina to magicka, whereas the Stormweaver's Cavort swaps Sprint, Roll Dodge, Bash, Break Free, Sneak and Block.
