The Rewards for the Worthy system in the Elder Scrolls Online is a long-standing reward system for PvP players. The system sends rewards via in-game mail to players who have earned Alliance Points in PvP, and these rewards contain item set pieces from Cyrodiil sets.
However, with the number of sets available from Cyrodiil gradually getting larger, Zenimax have decided to make some changes to how the system will work as of Update 39, the next major update on the horizon for ESO.
How Will Rewards for the Worthy Change?
While the method by which players earn Rewards for the Worthy will remain unchanged, the list of sets that can be obtained in these rewards will change.
After Update 39, only the newest Cyrodiil sets will be found in the mails.
For older sets, you'll need to use other sources, such as Elite Gear Vendors, Dolmen chests, Cyrodiil Delves and Daily Quests (this is not an exhaustive list). The newest sets will also drop from these sources.
These changes aren't massive, but it's definitely good to know if you're interested in farming PvP sets yourself (rather than buying them for example). You can view all Cyrodiil sets here.
We'll be covering more information about ESO Update 39 over the coming days and weeks.
