Console Enhanced, Deadlands Revealed, Endeavors and ESO Plus Free Trial!

E3 has given us a sneak peek at what we can expect of The Elder Scrolls Online this year, but especially console players should be hyped about Console Enhanced, which will arrive this Tuesday, June 15, on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5. In case you missed the show, you can check out the whole thing right now in the video below. It’s definitely worth a watch!

CONSOLE ENHANCED

On June 15, this Tuesday, The Elder Scrolls Online: Console Enhanced will arrive to the Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5! It will be a free base-game update for all ESO owners and will take full advantage of the native power in the new console generations, giving you the option to run the game at full 4K or 60FPS. It also includes improvements to draw distance, textures, reflections, shadows, load times and more. ESO has never looked or played better on console!

DEADLANDS

Concluding the year-long Gates of Oblivion adventure, The Elder Scrolls Online: Deadlands will be ESO’s major fall release. This time we are going to get to explore the Prince of Destruction’s realm of Oblivion, and it should be similar in scope to other recent zone DLCs, such as Markarth or Dragonhold. Up until now we had the chance to visit parts of Mehrunes’ realm a couple of times, especially with the new world event the Oblivion Portals, but this will only be the second time a Daedric realm is available as an explorable zone in the game!

Some may have already noticed short snippets of this new zone during the Showcase, but keep an eye out for more information on the DLC in the coming months, as well as ESO’s next dungeon DLC: The Elder Scrolls Online: Waking Flame.

ENDEAVORS

With the new Crown Crate season starting this month, you will also finally be able to gain a new in-game currency, the Seals of Endeavor. This is a new currency which you will be able to spend in the Crown Store for Crown Crate items and which are solely earnable by fulfilling in-game tasks. If you want to know more, you can read about it in this guide!

ESO PLUS FREE TRIAL

Finally, we get another ESO Plus Free Trial again, which will begin today, June 14, at 10AM EDT, allowing you to explore all of the game’s DLC (with the recently added Greymoor zone and Flames of Ambition DLC). With it comes the highly desired Craft Bag, bonuses to XP and Gold gains, and much more. The Free Trial will run until June 21. With the Xbox Game Pass you can jump into ESO immediately, which includes access to both the base game and the Morrowind Chapter. Learn all you need to know in this guide!
