Global passive bonuses during the Experience Boost Mini-Event in ESO

This Experience Boost Mini-Event is a free base game event active on all zones.

  • 100% Experience Boost passively. The Experience Buff stacks with Experience Scrolls and Ambrosias. Tips for additional XP boosts at the end of the guide.

How to Participate in the Experience Boost Mini-Event

You can play in your normal style and just enjoy the Extra Experience or use more experience boosters and farm XP for your character. We recommend at least completing a daily normal dungeon once a day as it is a great source for XP!

Keep at least one skill from a line you want to level on either ability bar. Even if you don't use the skill, it will gain experience from this 100% boost whenever you earn XP.

Method Explanation
Power Leveling Grind Highest XP per hour from mob kills. Best combined with Training gear.
Daily Random Dungeon Large XP burst at completion benefits all slotted skills.
Daily Battlegrounds Large XP burst at completion + XP from kills
Daily Crafting Writs XP with no combat required.
Master Writs High XP reward per completion.

Werewolf and Vampire tip: Slot Werewolf or Vampire abilities on your bar without transforming. They gain XP passively from any source that benefits slotted skills

What Experience Affects (Levels and Skill Lines)

All experience gained benefits the following aspects of your character:

  1. Character levels for your main character or alts (alternative characters)
  2. Any Skill Lines that can be leveled with XP
  3. Champion Points
  4. Companions (They gain XP only from kills when active. This kill XP is also boosted by your character's overall XP buffs.)

Do I get tickets from the Experience Boost Mini-Event?

No, the Experience Boost mini-event does not include tickets, the Impresario or anything else normally considered to be included in a full fledged event.
