What Was Fixed in today's Elder Scrolls Online Patch?

What Was Fixed in today's Elder Scrolls Online Patch?
The first incremental patch following Ascending Tide was released on PC today.

The patch made some minor fixes to various abilities and sets, and began to address some of the problems that players were having with the new account-wide achievement system.

What’s new with the patch in ESO?

The new achievement system has been a source of frustration for some players since the Ascending Tide update. This patch starts to address some of those concerns by fixing one of the bugs with the new system, where completed dungeons and world bosses were still showing up as incomplete on the map, making it more difficult for completionists to track their progress. This is the only achievement-related change that was made in this incremental patch however, so players who were hoping for some kind of rework to the new system to address some of the concerns with it are out of luck for the time being.

In addition to this, some players were having an issue where the game would crash as soon as they tried to launch it, which should also be fixed.

A couple of problems related to item sets were addressed, with Night's Silence being fixed so that it now applies its effect when it is supposed to, and players can also now use this set in the No CP version of Cyrodiil, where most proc sets are disabled.

Turning Tide also had a bug which was causing it to dish out damage more often than its cooldown should allow, which has been fixed too.

Finally, a bug causing players to disconnect from the game if they tried to heal a target dummy with Mend Wounds has been fixed.

It remains to be seen if there will be further changes related to the Account Wide Achievements in upcoming incremental patches.
