The ESO Class Rep Program has Officially Ended

Earlier today, Zenimax Community Manager Gina Bruno posted an announcement on the Official ESO Forums, stating that the Class Rep program for ESO has been shelved for the time being.

ESO Class Rep Program Cancelled

The Elder Scrolls Online's Class Rep program was intended to collect feedback from players of each class, which could then be passed onto the developers via knowledgeable players of each class.

The statement gave a reason for the decision - that the way in which Zenimax collects and processed feedback has changed, and as such they have decided to shelf the program in its current state.

Zenimax has recently made statements about their intention to improve communication and transparency with the player base, so it will be interesting to see what they come up with when it comes to collecting feedback from the community. There is of course a lot of feedback posted on the forums all the time, but quite a lot of it does not get directly acknowledged by any ZOS employees which does sometimes bring down the mood on the Forums as players think they are being ignored. In my view, addressing this problem would be the best first step to take from here.

In any case, we will keep an eye out for anymore developments and post an update article when something new happens on this topic.
