ESO-Hub.com just released a new tool called Skillbar Quickshare. With this new tool, you can easily create and share skillbars with your friends during dungeons or raids.

Why we created the Skillbar Quickshare Tool
Creating a full build with the ESO Build Editor takes a while. With the Skillbar Quickshare tool, you can create a skillbar very fast and share it with a friend. This is especially useful during difficult dungeons or raids.
Instead of explaining to a new guild member what he should slot, you can quickly create and share the optimal skillbar setup for him with the Skillbar Quickshare tool.
How Skillbar Quickshare Works
Drag skills from the pools below into the two bars above. The yellow slot on the right is your ultimate. Your skillbar is saved in the URL. You can use the share button or copy the URL and give it to a fellow player. They then simply need to paste the given URL into the browser to open the skillbar setup that you created.
