During the ESO Tavern, one of the devs accidentally leaked new content during an interview live on stage. The ESO Tavern is an ESO-specific event that is hosted in Germany and is organized by the German ESO team.
ZOS already announced a while back that we would get an endless dungeon as Q4 content instead of the normal Q4 zone and story. Other than that we only know that you can run the endless dungeon with a buddy of yours. Though it wasn't stated if it was a second player or a companion.
During one of the interviews the Lead Encounter Designer accidentally revealed that the endless dungeon's name is "Endless Archive". Additionally, he also revealed that there will be a new type of sets obtainable in the Endless Archive. "Class Specific" sets are coming to ESO.
The class sets are a new type of sets coming to ESO. They might work similar to how Arena sets work. That means they could buff just one specific skill. However, this could also mean that they buff a whole class skill line or all of the class specific skills, they might also add new special effects to certain skills. We will have to wait for more information regarding how these sets will work.
Once we know more we will list all info about the Endless Archive and the new sets on the Endless Archive page.

You can find the part where he accidentally leaked the info here during the twitch stream. The official ESO Twitter account also confirmed the "surprise announcement."
A ZOS employee also confirmed later at the ESO Tavern that this wasn't intended to be announced yet.
The ESO Tavern in Germany
The ESO Tavern is an annual event hosted by the German ESO/Bethesda team. This year the ESO Tavern was held in Castle Satzvey and there were plenty of activities available. You could try out Archery, Sword Fighting, Falconery, Roundtables with the devs and many other activities.
The ESO Tavern also had a 40kg Harmaeus Mora cake that was later cut in pieces. The cake was made by KittyCatCakes.
You can find more images about the ESO Tavern on the official ESO Twitter account.
We will keep you updated once we know more about the new Endless Archive and the new class specific sets that will launch with the Q4 update towards the end of the year.
