ESO added three new skins, but they are only available through Crown Crates

From time to time ESO adds new skins to the game that the players can use for their characters. Sometimes the skins are obtainable through quests, dungeon completion or trial completion. However, sometimes they also drop exclusively in the Crown Store or within Crown Crates.

The three new skins came with the new Crown Crate Season Wraithtide:

  • Magmaheart - Crown Crate, 400 Gems, 8000 Seals of Endeavor
  • Brineglow - Crown Crate, 400 Gems, 8000 Seals of Endeavor
  • Shallowbay Nereid - Crown Crate, 100 Gems, 3600 Seals of Endeavor

You have three ways of getting the different skins. They can randomly drop from the Crown Crate or you buy them with Crown Gems or Seals of Endeavors.

Magmaheart Skin

The Magmaheart skin in ESO is available in the Wraithtide Crown Crates or you can buy the skin for 400 Crown Gems or 8000 Seals of Endeavors. The description of the skin says the following:

"Little stops the patient flow of magma, or so druids have always known. Seeing this quality in you, they whispered words that set your very being aflame. Now, I free you. Go, heart of magma. Burn." - Druid Llanith

Brineglow Skin

The Brineglow skin is available in the Wraithtide Crown Crates or you can buy the skin for 400 Crown Gems or 8000 Seals of Endeavors. The description of the skin says the following:

Extensive proximity to a certain breed of ornaug may cause these unusual luminescent markings to appear. or such is the claim of the druids. True or not, they make for great tavern discussions.

Shallowbay Nereid Skin

The Shallowbay Nereid skin in ESO is available in the Wraithtide Crown Crates or you can buy the skin for 100 Crown Gems or 3600 Seals of Endeavors. The description of the skin says the following:

"Splash among the fish and flora? Looking like a nereid scaled in hues of coral, pearl, and night? Speak to me no more of this pure joy. This unadulterated bliss. You merely tease, yes. Yet... magic, you say?" - Tariran, Seeker of New Experiences

Over the lifespan of ESO more and more skins show up as crown store or crate exclusive. However, since ZOS got acquired by Microsoft they also implemented a way to get the items without paying, through the Seals of Endeavors. You can earn Seals of Endeavors by completing weekly and daily tasks.
