ESO players in Craglorn for the Zeal of Zenithar event are being trolled by poison spreaders.

Any online game has its trolls and griefers, and there's one trick used by trolls in ESO that keeps making a comeback. It's apparently started happening again during the current Zeal of Zenithar event.
