For the first time in ESO's history, a house that has been added to the game can not be bought with in-game gold or with Crowns for the Crown Store. Instead the new Seabloom Villa house is in a Housing Starter Pack that includes Seabloom Villa (Unfurnished House) and 800 Crowns.
Normally houses in ESO vary between 2,300-14,000 Crowns which makes this Housing Starter Pack a great deal!
The price varies based on your locale, but here are a couple of examples: 4,99$ (US), 4,99€ (EU) and £3.99 (UK). The Housing Starter Pack does not appear to be a limited time offer and will stay in the ESO Store for the time being.
How to buy Seabloom Villa in ESO
The Seabloom Villa is NOT in the Crown Store nor can it be bought with in-game gold.
PC/Mac players can buy the Seabloom Villa house from the ESO Store, Epic Games Store or Steam Store the same way you buy Crowns or Chapters.
Playstation and Xbox players need to go to their platforms store and search for Elder Scrolls Online or Housing Starter Pack to find Seabloom Villa the same way you would buy Crowns or Chapters.
For the people that play on both NA & EU, you are able to enjoy the house on both megaservers as everything bought from the Store will be added directly to your account!
When you enter the house and try to buy it, you get a popup that says "This house is not currently for sale" which has confused some players. There is currently no information in game how to buy the house, which hopefully will be added later.
ESO Seabloom Villa House information
Seabloom Villa is a picturesque medium sized Villa located on the western coastline of Auridon (location on map). The location is useful for getting an Auridon Clothier and a Jewelry Crafting Survey as they are normally far away from any Wayshrines.
With this house you get an in-game welcoming letter with housing tips from Felande Demarie, the free inn room quest giver. Your villa will also come with a Handbook for New Homeowners that gives you more information where and how to find more furnishings.
Maybe the grandest new feature are flowers that you can toggle on and off on the house itself! You will find a small altar in front of the house that you can interact with to add or remove flowers as you wish.
