Here are multiple variations of a healing build meant to maximize healing power via the Clever Alchemist Set and near constant availability of healing ultimate.
You can pick between Dual Swords or Resto Staff, and the build works best with Oakensoul Ring, but I will add some variations.
Set attributes to the values that you are comfortable on depedning on your race.
As you have only 1 sec downtime on Clever Alchemist, you can drop one enchant for more SP or Recovery at the risk of it being down for 6 extra seconds. You should use a potion as soon as available while you are in combat.
Siphoning and Daedric Summoning are primary for Ultimate use. And then pick the healing class of choice. Restoring Light works the best.
I will also give a bit different options for CPs, see what feels right for your group.
