This is simple build. prebuff with crit surge and hurricane, Start with trample if your target group is unaware at distance, then charge in. when near enough, frost burst, frost wall, then arctic blast, swap front bar, sub assault force pulse on a center mob, spam frost torch a couple times and keep the dots up.
Chill is the highest damage, and burst is right below that.
