The ESO NPC who was so annoying that he had to be moved
By Andrew | 12 Mar 2022 |ESO (Elder Scrolls Online) doubtless has thousands of NPCs by now, but there is one man in particular who has been so much of a nuisance that Zenimax have decided to move him in the Ascending Tide update.
Nolus Cedus - ESO Players Really Hate this NPC
Players hate this NPC so much that he had to be moved.
The problem with Nolus is that he likes to walk around in the area where ESO players go to hand in their Crafting Dailies in Blackwood. Apparently he is doing this so much that he is actually blocking players from handing in their quests.
Some players have taken the matter into their own hands and dealt with the problem in a direct manner - as noted by Zenimax when they announced the change in the patch notes:
Moved Nolus Cedus's path so he doesn't interfere with players trying to turn in their crafting dailies. You can keep stabbing him though. As is tradition.

It remains to be seen if players will forgive Nolus following his relocation, or if he will continue to be on familiar terms with the Blade of Woe.
