Our Elder Scrolls Online Interactive Map is Now Available
By Andrew | 20 Jul 2022 |Since we launched our Build Editor earlier this year, we have been working on our latest tool for ESO players. This time, we have created an Interactive Map which contains all zones and subzones in the Elder Scrolls Online, featuring many useful Points of Interest.
ESO Interactive Map Features
The map is mobile friendly, which makes it perfect for console players who do not have access to addons. Currently, the map has the following features:- Locations of all treasure found via Treasure Maps
- Locations of all nodes found via Crafting Surveys
- All Skyshard Locations, including those in delves and dungeons
- Locations of all Tales of Tribute clues
- All map Points of Interest, including World Bosses, Delves, Striking Locales and everything else that is visible on the in-game map.
- A search function allowing you to quickly find a location that you are looking for.
- The map's controls are based on those in the PC version of ESO, so right clicking while in a zone will take you back up to the Tamriel map.
Interactive Map Filter, Search and Achievement Tracking
To the left of the map, there is a panel that contains the search function and also allows you to filter Points of Interest by clicking on the categories there to show or hide them. This panel also shows you any relevant achievements in the zone that you are currently viewing. You can click on these achievements to see locations in the zone that are related to the achievement. For example, if you want to do the I Like M'aiq achievement, you can click on this achievement in the side panel to show all spawn locations for M'aiq the Liar in the zone that you are currently viewing.
Custom Map Pings
You can create a custom map ping by clicking on the map ping button at the top right corner of the map page. This will create a link to your pinged location which you can copy from the URL field to easily share the location with others. The map is designed to be friendly for mobile browsers, making it ideal for console players who do not have access to addons to help them find things in-game. On mobile, you can access the search, filter and achievement panel by tapping the arrow on the left of the screen. You can zoom in and out on the map by either using the buttons on the right of the screen, or by dragging on the map in the same way that you would when zooming in on an image, for example. If you are viewing a zone and want to go back to the Tamriel map, simply use the back button at the top right. Using the Map on Mobile
Future Plans for the ESO Interactive Map
We are also planning to add all Lorebook locations to the map, a feature especially useful for console players who cannot use the Lorebooks addon or something similar. This feature is not implemented yet but it is on our todo list, so you can expect to see this soon. The map is currently in a beta phase, so we are keen to hear about any issues you experience or any general feedback. The best way to do this is to join our Discord and write your feedback in the eso-hub channel, found under the Project Feedback Category.

We hope you find our Interactive Map for the Elder Scrolls Online useful.
