Medium Attacks Will Be Nerfed for ESO Lost Depths

It turns out that Medium Attacks are not going to be the new meta in ESO Lost Depths after all.

Last week on ESO-Hub, we wrote that Medium Attack weaving looked likely to become the most optimal playstyle for PvE DPS once the Lost Depths update went live. 

This looked to be the case at the time, as the changes to the Empower buff that we knew about on the Public Test Server looked set to make Medium Attacks very powerful. 

However, new information has recently come to light.
