Billy Boyd is going to start playing The Elder Scrolls Online, according to his tweet. Billy Boyd is the scottish actor that played the hobbit Pippin in The Lord of the Rings films. 

And you might have already guessed it, Billy Boyd voiced the Wood Elf Brahgas in the High Isle Chapter. You encounter Brahgas in the tutorial of the Tales of Tribute card game and throughout the Tales of Tribute story quest line.
