ESO How to Get the Night’s Den House: Relics and Splinters Guide

The Night's Den is a free player house in The Elder Scrolls Online, located in the Night Market in Fargrave. Inspired by Daedric architecture, this modular home expands as you progress through Night Market achievements, making it one of ESO's most unique unlockable houses.

Originally serving as a gathering place for Fargrave’s elite, the Night’s Den grows over time, rewarding those who engage with the zone’s core content.

Night’s Den Features

Fully functional Guild Bank and Personal Bank inside the house (requires 5,000 Favor)
Currency Vault that visually fills based on carried gold

Faction banner toggle (requires 2,000 Favor)

Currency Vault Limits

The Currency Vault fills with gold based on how much gold you have in your in-game bank. Here are the limits for when the graphics change:

How to Unlock the Base Night’s Den House

You receive the base version of the Night's Den by completing the Night Market Event Zone introduction questline.

Start the quest “Those Who Would Rule” from the Crown Store
Pledge yourself to a faction patron
Complete the intro quest
Receive the Night’s Den as a player home!

Once unlocked, the house will appear in your housing collection.

To unlock its three wings, you must reconstruct a Relic by collecting 10 Relic Splinters from its corresponding district.

Where to get Splinters

Relic Splinters are obtained through different activities in the Night Market:

Splinters 1-4: Brazen boss drops. Kill each of the 4 Brazen bosses in the district (one splinter each).
Splinters 5-6: Argent boss drops. Kill each of the 2 Argent bosses in the district (one splinter each).
Splinter 7: District skirmish. Complete the district's timed group event.
Splinter 8: Roaming enemies. Random drop from weak non-boss enemies in the district.
Splinter 9: Faction Vendor. Purchase for 500 Favor (not consumed on purchase).
Splinter 10: Daily reward coffers. Open Night Market daily reward coffers.
