The Night's Den  is a free player house in The Elder Scrolls Online, located in the Night Market in Fargrave. Inspired by Daedric architecture, this modular home expands as you progress through Night Market achievements, making it one of ESO's most unique unlockable houses.

Originally serving as a gathering place for Fargrave’s elite, the Night’s Den grows over time, rewarding those who engage with the zone’s core content.

Accessing the Bank Safe requires you to reach 3,000 Favor with your Faction before you can use it.

Night’s Den Features

  • Fully functional Bank inside the house (requires 3,000 Favor)
  • Currency Vault that visually fills based on carried gold
  • Three unlockable wings, each tied to a district achievement
  • Faction banner toggle (requires 2,000 Favor)

How to Unlock the Base Night’s Den House

You receive the base version of the Night's Den by completing the Night Market Event Zone introduction questline.

  1. Start the quest “Those Who Would Rule” from the Crown Store
  2. Pledge yourself to a faction patron
  3. Complete the intro quest
  4. Receive the Night’s Den as a player home

Once unlocked, the house will appear in your housing collection.

To unlock its three wings, you must reconstruct a Relic by collecting 10 Relic Splinters from its corresponding district.

Where to get Splinters

Relic Splinters are obtained through different activities in the Night Market:

  • Defeat Brazen Bosses (4 splinters)
  • Defeat Argent Bosses (2 splinters)
  • Complete a District Skirmish (1 splinter)
  • Defeat weak enemies (1 splinter)
  • Purchase splinters from your Faction Vendor  (1 splinter)
  • Complete 10 District Daily Quests (1 splinter)

How to unlock Wing 1: Illusory Egg of Arac

Relic: Illusory Egg of Arac
Achievement Required: Relic Gauntlet Bearer
District: Skittering Precinct  

To unlock this wing, you must collect and use 10 Relic Egg Splinters from the Skittering Precinct.

Collect the following splinters and use them:

  1. Defiler’s Egg Splinter: Dropped by Brazen Kraohl the Defiler
  2. Khephidaen’s Egg Splinter: Dropped by Brazen Khephidaen
  3. Votary’s Egg Splinter: Dropped by Brazen Votary of Velidreth
  4. Dranos’s Egg Splinter: Dropped by Brazen Dranos Velador
  5. Abomination’s Egg Splinter: Dropped by Argent Flesh Abomination
  6. Nassulekh’s Egg Splinter: Dropped by Argent Lady Nassulekh
  7. Brood’s Egg Splinter: Earned from the Brood District Skirmish
  8. Precinct’s Egg Splinter: Dropped by weak roaming enemies in the Skittering Precinct
