Guía

Construir Explicación

Front-bar has most of your offensive skills, prioritizing single-target DoTs to fuel the Z'en's Redress set to give your group and yourself more damage. Maintain your DoTs for your damage and spam Molten Whip when you aren't. Make sure to remember to swap to your back-bar for Eruption and Flames of Oblivion's damage as well. Don't forget to weave Light Attacks in to proc Z'en's Redress and to increase your DPS in general. The source of your DoTs for Z'en's Redress with this build should be from Burning, Poison, Burning Talons, Venomous Claw, and Engulfing Breath.

Back-bar has all of your Earthen Heart skills to proc the Basalt-Blooded Warrior set, and since the set is always active you will be able to carry the Major Heroism to your front bar to fuel your ultimates. I also picked out some off-healing abilities like Obsidian Shard, Fragmented Shield, and Magma Shell for the ultimate in case shit hits the proverbial fan, and/or so your tanks and healers can prioritize casting War Horns as well. Since we're not using any additional Destruction Staff abilities, I chose to use a Restoration Staff to take advantage of the increased healing potency and more Magicka returns from heavy attacking, should resource management come to it.

Spaulders of Ruin is the Mythic for this build simply because it has a supportive effect for your allies to help them do damage. If someone else is running it, of course you can switch the gear around to suit your party's needs. Be aware of the reduced sustain, but there are tools that not only you, but the group should have to mitigate this.

There are a myriad of different ways you can set this kind of build up for more damage or leaning more on healing/support. Ideally you'd want to coordinate with your group to make sure all buffs, debuffs, and other utilities are covered.

  • One option could be to back-bar a Lightning Staff instead for Off-Balance maintenance and to grab a Crushing Wall Staff to supplement more personal DPS instead, switching the placements of Eruption and Unstable Wall of Elements appropriately.
  • Roar of Alkosh could be used instead of Z'en's Redress if you prefer that set,
  • Different spammables are available like Elemental Weapon, Force Pulse, or Destructive Clench/Reach if you prefer.
  • If you need to be in charge of Major Breach, you could swap for Elemental Susceptibility/Drain.
  • If you need Minor Berserk for the group, you can swap out Obsidian Shard on the Restoration Staff bar for Combat Prayer.
  • If your tanks or healers need to use different ultimates, or additional are needed, of course you can slot War Horn in as well.
  • Champion Points and Consumables are interchangeable as you see fit.
