Explicación de la construcción

The gameplay:
1. You place all your AoE (area of effect) DoT (damage over time) effects on the ground, at the time you've done last - the first one is about to expire - you go again.
Possible simple order:
Arrow Barrage > Caltrops > Lightning Flood > Luminous Shards > Mystic Siphon,

Optimal combo:
Critical Surge (longest duration, Major Brutality and Sorcery) > Deadly Cloak > Hurricane
Grave Lord's sacrifice (for corpse generation) > Mystic Siphon (longest duration, Major Savagery and Prophecy) > Arrow Barrage > Caltrops > Lightning Flood (using synergy) > Luminous Shards (using synergy)

2. You are keeping Critical Surge up at all times, it's important because with it you will be able to tank a lot of stuff due to high crit chance and a lot of damage over time procs. With it's heal effect on you will be at 100% health pretty much all the time.
3. You are keeping Hurricane and Deadly Cloak up because they are DoTs as well and part of defensive layer.
4. If you need a boost of damage you use Grave Lord's sacrifice.
5. Healing Contingency used for Minor Resolve source mostly and in my case extra healing burst, but you can pack it with anything you like really. 
6. Sustain! It's important to use synergies of Lightning Flood and Luminous Shards. They are your primary source of sustain, due to Undaunted Command passive and shards morph.

So there you have it. Almost all of your skills contribute to the build-up of Azureblight set procs.

Notes:
1. Class can be any from the subclasses, as well as race. Guide has Orc Templar because that is where I had an empty armoury slot.
2. Poison and Flame Enchants contribute to Azureblight build-up as well. Flame enchantment on backbar procs from Cloak even while you are on primary weapon, we want Charged trait to increase chance of the proc and Axe to increase critical damage, since we have chance high enough.
3. Stats are distributed in the way to suffice build needs in consumption of both stamina and magicka. It's not set in stone, you can modify it to your liking.
4. Prismatic Enchant is not a mandatory, the purpose is same as in 3.
