Overcharged - Sorcerer Construye PvE - ESO

DPS/Solo, 1.5 bar, electrocutionist. Overcharged prioritizes Shock's Direct Damage by boosting it with Tide-born, passive buffs, Master at Arms CP, then Reaving Blows CP heals you for a % of the direct damage. 6 of our 7 abilities that can cause damage, cause shock damage, which can proc even more shock damage with storm-cursed (This is a more damage-focused version of my Shock Reaper Build) 

Prebuff: Quick Cloak, Boundless Storms, Crit Surge (each lasts 30 for easy maintenance) 

Rotation: Lightning Flood, Unstable Wall, 2x Shocking Soul, Relentless Focus...  Repeat & maintain the back bar buffs

Execution: Keep up Lightning Flood (for synergy) and Mages' Wrath on repeat (make sure you have Crit Surge for brutality and quick cloak for the bonus damage) 

Gear: Shattered Path Signet, Storm Cursed, Tide-Born, any monster set with either crit or penetration

Alternate Gear: Monolith of Storms

How it Works: 

Your prebuffs all last 30 sec, making it easy to apply them all in 1 go.

Lightning Flood: A good AOE DOT, and we get a synergy so that can proc Storm-Cursed set 2x,

Unstable Wall of Elements:  A good AOE DOT, can proc off-balance and Storm-Cursed set

Shocking Soul: (Our Spamable) Shock Damage, AOE Shock Damage (class mastery), and gives us Major Breach, can proc Storm-Cursed set 2x

Relentless Focus: (Our Semi-Spamable) High single-target damage, it uses our off resource, gives us a big heal, and gives us Assassination passives 

Mages' Wrath: (Our Execute) Single Target/AOE Shock Damage, can proc Storm-Cursed set2x

Quick Cloak + Blackrose Swords: Procs Piosion status effect, weapon glyph, gives Major Evasion, +6% damage & damage reduction, and ruffian passive. Swords boost the damage of the boundless storm, and we don't need other twin blades and blunt passives since we get off the back bar so fast.

Boundless Storms: Grants Major Resolve and can proc Storm-Cursed set

Crit Surge: Grants Major Brutality and gives a a great heal

Streak: Our stun and gap closer 

Ultimates: We won't really use the ultimates since we are using the Shattered Path Signet, which boosts our status effect damage based on how much ulti we have. But here are the options: 

Soul Harvest: front-bared for the Assassination passives. 

or

Dawnbreaker:  front-bared for the Fighter's Guild passives. 

Lacerate: back-bar "Oh S**" ultimate.
