Warden Healer / DPS Support Build
Hi and thank you for viewing this build I have made.
I’ve had my warden for some time, and I have always found that the warden skills and tweaks on updates seem to get left behind but not always and has made this joyable class less favoured amongst most. So, I sat down and looked at the Templar and cloned the way it works using its selfheal skills and DPS combination, so I made this Warden toon as a Healer /DOT / DPS class
This build has a huge 39k mag pool (I haven’t gold out all the gear items so could be higher but hey it’s still a nice number) using the combination of Mag skills as a Healer/ Dots / Buffs and Stam skills for DPS, combine with electric destruction staff works a treat.
Since the hybridisation has change how your skills now go off your highest stats which is Mag, with the Stam skill Subterranean Assault it achieves great DPS output using the high stats of our mag pool and leaving your Mag pool to buffs and DOTS. Oddly enough it works. IM HAPPY 😊
It melts grouped mobs and self-heals plus your groups, it can solo WB easy and much more, I haven’t put it through trails yet, but it should do fine
The object of making this build is for all players to be able to get good gear that doesn’t have to be trail gear or gear you have to farm your life away for – Yes, I know there is fantastic gear out there but hey not everyone can get it or have time to do that either everyone needs to start somewhere
Dragon Star Arena is an easy run, you can run it with 2 players dps and companion support very easily (Yes I know players can solo it). This is starting without gold gear or trial gear etc… I’m trying to make it achievable so anyone can enjoy this game either way.
There are 3 main skills that this build needs to make it work
Subterranean Assault (Stamina Skill Morph from Scorch in Animal Companions skill tree)
Stir a group of shalk that attack after 3 seconds, dealing 3240 Poison Damage to enemies in front of you. After the shalk complete their attack, they burrow underground for 3 seconds and then resurface again, dealing 3240 Poison Damage to enemies in front of you.
Lotus Blossom (Morph from Lotus flower in the Green Balance skill tree) This skill is sweet.
Embrace the lotus blessing, causing your Light Attacks to restore 1320 Health and your fully-charged Heavy Attacks to restore 3960 Health to you or a nearby ally for 1 minute. While active you gain Major Prophecy and Savagery, increasing your Spell and Weapon Critical rating by 2629.
Unstable Wall of Elements (Morph from Wall of Elements in destruction staff skill tree)
Create an unstable elemental barrier in front of you, dealing 316 Magic Damage to enemies in the target area every 1 second before exploding for an additional 1799 Magic Damage. Unstable Wall of Fire deals additional damage to Burning enemies. Unstable Wall of Frost costs more, but grants damage shields and immobilizes Chilled enemies. Unstable Wall of Storms sets Concussed enemies Off Balance
There is a skill format for rotation you need to do to make this work, its not hard ( I like easy) But hey, you may have better ways I'm not an expert. The Stam skill Subterranean Assault as it's a delay attack, I found if you spam it before you get to mob groups and time it right with the combination of your wall skill to knock off balance / stun as well, you melt mobs nicely and the bonus of the sub skill as its directional, you can move and line it up to melt mobs with 2 hits from 1 skill attack. Then of course you have your DOTS / Heals to use on Bosses and group support… Oh the Lotus skill its a great skill and a must have as you attack you heal you and your group while active - what else do you need, not to mention for 1 minute!!!
Please standby for more to be added I'll also add a stream of it at work on WB's/ Dungeons / DSA and more - Please let me know if you have tried this build out and I am also looking for feed back and will accept all that you add. Cheers and enjoy the game play Thanks.
Edit skill: 6-6-2022 - High Isle
I have changed out some skills that add a little more help to the group in support DPS and DOT. It goes well in the new chapter on WB's so still stable and does the job The 2 I have change are more flex skills that you could change out. I have also flexed out the drain to shield, so you have 3 flex outs if you want to change from original load out - which still works.
