Häufige Fragen von anderen Spielern
What are zones in ESO?
Zones are specific areas within ESO's expansive world, each with its own geography, storyline, and set of activities. They can represent entire provinces, regions, or cities from the Elder Scrolls universe. Each zone is designed to provide a unique experience, featuring distinct cultures, enemies, and lore.
How are zones organized in ESO?
ESO's zones are organized based on the game's alliances and expansions:
- Aldmeri Dominion: Includes zones like Auridon, Grahtwood, and Greenshade.
- Daggerfall Covenant: Encompasses areas such as Glenumbra, Stormhaven, and Rivenspire.
- Ebonheart Pact: Covers regions like Stonefalls, Deshaan, and The Rift.
- Neutral Zones: Areas like Cyrodiil and Coldharbour are accessible to all players regardless of alliance.
- DLC and Chapter Zones: Additional areas introduced through expansions, such as Wrothgar (Orsinium DLC), Vvardenfell (Morrowind Chapter), and Summerset (Summerset Chapter).
How can I navigate and track my progress in different zones?
ESO provides a Zone Guide feature to help players navigate and monitor their progress within each zone. To access the Zone Guide:
- Open the Group & Activity Finder and select the Zone Guide tab.
- Alternatively, open your map and click on the Zone Guide button located on the left side.
- Main Story Quests
- Wayshrines
- Delves
- Points of Interest
- Striking Locales
- Set Stations
- Mundus Stones
- Public Dungeons
- World Events (e.g., Dark Anchors)
- World Bosses
- Skyshards
- Shalidor's Library Books
Do zones have level requirements or scaling?
With the One Tamriel update, ESO introduced level scaling across all zones. This means that enemies and quests scale to your character's level, allowing you to explore any zone in any order without worrying about being under-leveled or over-leveled. This system provides flexibility in how you approach the game's content.
How do I travel between zones?
Traveling between zones can be accomplished in several ways:
- Wayshrines: These are fast travel points located throughout each zone. Once discovered, you can teleport between them for free when interacting directly or for a small gold fee when traveling from the map.
- Zone Exits: Some zones are connected by physical pathways or gates. You can travel to the edge of a zone to enter an adjacent one.
- Boats and Caravans: In certain areas, NPCs offer transportation services to different zones, especially between starter islands and main continents.
- Group Travel: If you're part of a group, you can travel to a group member's location by selecting "Travel to Player" from the group menu, which can be useful for reaching zones you haven't discovered yet.
