Dont Touch My Health Bar - Arcanist Construye PvE - ESO

This build is about pumping out those Gibbering Shelters and maximizing the strength and duration of those shields. Until you're able to grab the first 2 stacks of the Apocryphal Emissary pet I'd encourage you to slot The Runeguard of Still Waters instead of Elemental Explosion. Alternatively, you could slot the Bulwark Champion point from the Warfare Tree and/or the Fortified Champion point from the Fitness Tree if you want the extra Armor. This build does use the Runic Sunder skill to help reach the Armor Mitigation cap, and as previously mentioned we need to acquire Minor Resolve from either the Emissary Visions or the Runeguard skill…….or if you're Archiving Partner is providing it some other way….Aside from these introductory notes lets call them, the application of the build is quite simple- prebuff with Trample to keep up Major Heroism (Get those Extended Favor Visions to really maximize those uptimes!!!), if a good portion of the enemies have spawned near each other then cast Elemental Explosion to debuff everything with Minor Cowardice right away, then chain in everything….even, and especially, the stuff that cant be chained…..(huh)…..debuff the big stuff first with Major Cowardice (Wield Soul)!!! Anytime you're able to- cast those Gibbering Shelters! When everything's stacked and controlled feel free to start applying damage with Elemental Susceptibility and Focused Efforts! And that's really it.

     Could change Evolving Runemend for Chakram of Destiny or Reconstructive Domain

     Could also run Ulfsids Contingency with a damage shield or heal as well, but it would be a sacrifice to either the passives or the damage of this build
