So this is a pretty general setup for warden heals. As with all healer setups when there is another trial healer, communicate ahead of time to make sure you aren't doubling up on Enlivening Overflow and Symphony of Blades. If the other healer has Enlivening Overflow, slot Hope Infusion. If the other healer has Symphony of Blades, you can either run Spaulder of Ruin if there isn't a big heal check like in vSS and vCR or you can run Bogdan's or Troll King.
Typically warden healers use Frost Staffs since we have easy access to minor vulnerability with fetcher infection. A charged lightning staff applies concussed which leads to minor vulnerability being applied to the target. A charged frost staff applies chilled which leads to minor brittle occurring. I'm personally a fan of giving the minor brittle duty to healers and tanks instead of a dedicated dps.
Fetcher Infection is a flex skill since warden dps are abound and some necromancer healers/tanks run totem of agony that has an aoe minor vulnerability. So check with other supports/warden dps.
Destructive Reach is also a flex skill. It should only be used if you are using a frost staff since it applies minor brittle that gives the group +10% crit damage against the target for 4 seconds. If you are using a lightning staff, you can swap it out for elemental susceptibility. Elemental susceptibility is a required skill for vCR healing since it has to be applied to Creepers and it should be applied to the nearest Grape to the group. For big heal checks, you should communicate with your other healer since both of you should have Bone Surge from Undaunted and Overflowing Altar between the two of you.
