Erläuterung bauen
Dieser Leitfaden ist in Englisch geschrieben.

INTRODUCTION

This concept is for those who like experiments, mainly. But if you are a new player or you are new to PvP and feel like you are too squishy and dying to a random attack, constantly running out of resources, or despite using actual PvP build still feel bad - you might find this build an interesting option. 50% Direct Hit reduction will help you to survive some heavy hits, and you will feel much less squishy in fights; easy access to Roll Dodge because the cost is much less than your Stamina Recovery. 
Default version is designed without a need to press a lot of buttons as well.

 

DEFAULT SETUP
1. Race.
I'd recommend to play any your Arcanist has. But the most beneficial will be Bosmer for it's Y'ffre's Endurance passive (258 Stamina Recovery)
2. Class 
This is a build for Arcanist. With Erudition (18% recovery increase) and Wellspring of the Abyss (645 Stamina Recovery) as very important parts.
3. Sets
We are going to use 2 medium sets, so you can mix up slots anyway you can, in the build I'll use organized version, but, again, you don't have to follow it.
First pick is Coward's Gear, this set will give us 489 Stamina Recovery in purple quality. As well it's going to give us Major Expedition, and Arcanist doesn't have an easy access to it otherwise. So you won't need to use Accelerate, just press Sprint and you are good to go. On top of that, we gain Major Protection.
Second pick is Apocryphal Inspiration, this set will give us and our group constant access to Major Recovery buffs for Stamina, Magicka and Health.  As well it will provide good stats across the board.
Third pick is Medium Magma Incarnate. It's double recovery with a lot of our % Recovery increase is a very good pick.
With all these items we are going to get 24% increase in Stamina Recovery from Wind Walker Medium Armour Passive.
Fourth, and last, pick is something you probably thought is a meme mythic item. But yes, we are using Esoteric Environment Greaves. While the drawback on these greaves seems like a no-no for an average stamina build, with our high Stamina Recovery we are going to feel fine.
4. Skills and Passives
Our front bar is going to be packed with Soldier of Apocrypha abilities, to achieve 645 Stamina Recovery. The last slot is flexible: I prefer to use Crushing Weapon, as spammable, it will boost our damage, apply Major Breach, and give us access to Psijic Passives.
Backbar is our utility bar. The only important skill there is Zenas' Empowering Disc, it will give us access to Minor Recovery Buffs for Stamina, Magicka and Health. The rest are flexible slots.
Make sure to grab aforementioned passives from Medium Armour and Soldier of Apocrypha lines.
5. Champion Points
They are not as important as the rest of the build. You can choose any path you like: more utility, more recovery, add some damage or defense.


SCRIBING SETUP

3. Sets
There are a lot of different options, my personal favourites are Way of Air, Meridia's Blessed Armor, Phoenix Moth Theurge. I'm using Way of Air in the build because Rolling and Dodging with this amount of Stamina Recovery feels like a natural move, so having some buff on top of that is great. Meridia's Blessed Armor is even more survivability, Phoenix Moth Theurge is good for party play. If you have Vateshran's Perfected Ice Staff, it's a possible option to use on a backbar.

4. Skills and Passives
We will have a lot of changes here, since Scribing gives us access to a lot of powerful buffs. Through Healing Contingency we will gain more heal and Minor Intellect and Endurance. Through Bloody Soul we will maintain our Major Intellect and Endurance.  We are swapping Recuperative Treatise, so you will have to use another morph of Entropy(Degeneration) for access to Major Sorcery and Brutality. As well we are adding Elemental Susceptibility for Major Breach.


FAQ
1. Why Ice Staff?
When blocking we will not prevent our Stamina Recovery.
2. Why Protective trait on jewellery?
We are lacking some armour, that's why we are trying to get as much as possible. If you feel fine with current armour rating you have you can pick any trait you want. Even Infused for more Recovery. 
3. How many Stamina Recovery will I have?
Depending on your Race you will get 5000-5500+ Stamina Recovery. Around 2000+ Magicka Recovery as well. And even more with Cyrodiil buffs.
4. Why not go for melee?
Would be probably great if you are good with melee skills, I'm bad with them so it's a no-no for me :(
5. Is this going to work with sub-classes?
I'm sure it's going to be even more fun with them and I'll update it for sub-classes as soon as able!

6. In Patch 46 Wellspring of the Abyss is going to be nerfed to Oblivion, is this the end?
I don't think so, most likely we are going to use Infused trait to balance recovery rate. And/Or look what sub-class could we take to get more recovery or armour.
