Vulcannus' Flame - Dragonknight Construye PvE - ESO

This build is designed to solo normal dungeons and some of the easier vet dungeons. Focusing on being able to self heal while dealing a lot of DOT damage.

The back bar is used for trash mobs and farming (public dungeons/skyreach)

Rotation for trash mobs would be:

Eruption > Elemental Blockade > Draw Essence > Pulsar.

Shooting Star can be used when there are multiple enemies to generate more ultimate. Draw Essence both heals and returns magicka, and with the damage from elemental blockde and eruption couplee with draw essence and pulsar, thigs should die off pretty quickly. All 4 skills are AOE.

Rotation for single target would be: (LA = Light Attack)
Elemental Drain > LA > Eruption > LA > Elemental Blockade > LA > Degeneration > LA > Flames of Oblivion > LA > Engulfing Flames > LA > Searing Strike > LA > Whip x 3.

Keep doing light attack whip and refresh DOTs as needed. Heavy attacks can be thrown in for magicka regen as well.
