Goal is to become effectively invincible.
CPs required.
Light of Cyrodiil set and Psijic Order Required.
Meditate and Deliberation Required.
Radiant Magelight highly advised. Grants immunity to the stun from sneak. Can be exchanged in PvE scenarios. Recommended to use the second pet or an AoE Aura ability in such case.
First pet can be either pet or a damage aura ability, like lightning form.
Oakensoul grants many buffs, use to your advantage.
With Oakensoul, use Flare for passive protection and Bound Aegis for Minor Resolve.
Can use any Ultimate. I recommend something long lasting. Deliberation only works on Psijic Order abilities, so I don't recommend Storm Ultimate.
Due to Light of Cryodiil being light armor, it must go in weapons and jewelry, but with oakensoul one must be in armor, so use a naturally weak armor slot, like Belt. Most should be heavy. If you want to use a piece of medium for the Undaunted Bonus, use trainee, or a piece of a monster set, or other 1 piece capable set that is NOT a mythic. Either way the final piece should be a 1 piece perk piece. I still recommend heavy for greater armor benefits.
Oakensoul also grants minor Aegis, an additional 5% damage immunity in dungeons and trials. You don't need Magelight for that I don't think, so it becomes flex slot for PvE.
Basic:
Light of Cyrodiil + Meditate + Deliberation = 45% damage resistance
High Elf +5% damage immunity when casting a cast time or channeling
The above add to 50% while channeling Meditate
Oakensoul + Flare = both protections, +15% damage resistance
Oakensoul + Bound Aegis = both Resolves, +9k armor, which if not penetrated is ~13% resistance
Watch out for Major and Minor Breach, which counter Resolve (same but negative instead of positive)
Watch out for Major and Minor Vulnerability, which counter Protection (same but negative instead of positive)
You have one bar. Backbar is completely disabled due to Oakensoul, including passive effects, otherwise you'd be able to put Aegis on backbar and use another ability.
CPs:
Warfare gives 6% damage immunity and an additional 6% immunity vs single target damage taken, Unassailable (6% area damage immunity) not slotted due to needing a slot for Cutting Defense, which damages enemies that hit you with a direct damage attack in melee range, scaling off your resistance.
Three passives in Warfare also grant 2% damage immunity and 10% immunity to damage from NPCs.
Under Fitness, It bolsters CCI, grants 5% damage immunity under CCI, and automatically casts break free when you are disabled once every now and then. Slot 4 is flex slot. Celerity (mobility), Spirit Mastery (ally resurrection), or the armor one could work here.
Craft is pretty useless for this build, so anything works there. Try for the potions, poisons, food and drink slottables. Oh, there was also a mount one too. Out of combat speed buff may help you keep up or catch up to allies between fights.
If you want to, you can add Vampire for up to 30% damage immunity based on missing health, but be warned that you will also take increased fire damage and higher cost abilities, as well as little to no health recovery. Not like that last part really matters when always under Meditate.
