Brittleden Support DPS: Full DMG - Hüter Baue PvE - ESO

Another disclaimer: this is from a support perspective, not full DPS!!!!!!

To go full dmg just gotta focus on staple skills and setups →  Zaan's Monster set (as it outdamages kilt), get barbed trap and Maelstrom Staff, slot camo hunter and scalding rune → plenty of builds out there to help with this type of setup
 

Notable Points:

Main idea is to maximize Chilled status effect procs and use the monster set for major brittle, which procs with FROST DMG (either direct, DoT, etc.)
Fetcher infection can be casted on the last seconds before falling off for the dmg buff

Keep Blue Betty up for the passive buffs at all times 

Cutting dive should be used to proc off balance status of minis and other enemies (I'll get 1 destro touch cast + Cutting dive on each enemy when they spawn, so we get chilled status + debuffs + off balance) 

Winter's revenge have the top AoE DMG on this kit, so cast it wisely and make use of the large area to have a good positioning of it, specially on boss fights

Unstable Wall is your 2nd good AoE DMG source + shield nearby allies and yourself. If battling multiple fronts at once, keep Winter's on main enemy and use UW on secondary enemies → not that you can denotate it prematurely with a subsequent cast on quick trash fights

Wild Guardian is top dmg ult with, good execute + Fetcher Bleed + Cutting Dive Bleed you'll get lots of hemorrhage procs

Artic blast is ur failsafe burst heal that causes frost dmg on aura around you if you get melee range combat → you can go mystic orb or scalding rune here, which might improve dmg if no self heal needed

Having a Support DPS run Ele Sus on dungeons were able to improve group performance and solo content in most cases, that's why Vateshran's Staff + Ele Sus has been a go to here for me. On trials, careful not to be too redundant with this → so if healers/tanks already run Ele Sus, swap the weapon and skill for better choices
 

If having trouble with survivability on Solo Content: iceheart Monster set + Bastion red CP

If you dont have access to those Arena Weapons, just switch spammable and Ele Sus

Instead of Destro Touch → go mag morph on Cutting Dive as spammable

Instead of Ele Sus → Go Mystic Orb/scalding rune
