Dawn's Wrath x Pelinal's Wrath = Mercy.

Do you know Pelinal Whitestrake, a mercy god? The setitem gives you a super hard shield per 10 seconds.

All you need is to kill one enemy within 10 second. but Templar's strongest executing skill is perfectly suitable for it.

repeat it.

1. kill adds ( spam Silver Shards → Radiant Glory )and gain a strong shield
2. attack a boss

I don't recommend Puncturing Strikes and strong AoE skills.

If you kill enemies too many at a time, Pelinal's Wrath will suffer you.

You can choose how many light armors 0-6(mid armor 1-7) you wear.

I think, for solo, 7 mid is tough, safe and useful.(higher weapon damage value you gain , more Pelinal shield value you gain)
For DPS, 6 lights's high critical rate is better.

Switching from Solo to PT

Solo : Elemental Susceptibility (Penetration) , Restoring Focus (Self Heal) , Crescent Sweep (You need at least 1 Aedric Spear skill for its passive skill) 

PT : Luminous Shards or/and Puncturing Strikes (PT synergy and Aedric Spear), Barbed Trap or/and Fiery Torch (boost damage), Flawless Dawnbreaker (boost damage)

Kill them all and gain maximum 1000 weapon damage. your healer pays for Pelinal's Wrath instead of you.

What to spam?

Silver Shards (If you want to ranged attack) > Biting Jabs , Flurry , Fiery Torch >  Puncturing Sweep

If you want to spam mainly magicka skill,,, you would better to respec to magicka.
